In order to solve the problem of the dust accumulation in the filter of ventilation system, introduces an axial cyclone dust separator into ventilation system. Investigates the influence of types and numbers of guide vanes on the performance of the axial cyclone dust separator by CFD method. Compares the performance of four types of vanes with different directrix equations, and concludes the features of the vanes. Quantitatively studies the effect of vane numbers in different directrix types on the performance.
